Child Safety Standards

Aasan Rabta has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page explains our standards and what we do.

1. Who can use Aasan Rabta

• Aasan Rabta is only for people aged 18 or older. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older before using the app.
• Accounts that we find belong to someone under 18 are closed.

2. What is never allowed

• Any image, video, text or other content that sexually exploits or abuses children, or shows them in a sexual way — real, drawn, edited or generated by AI.
• Grooming: trying to build a relationship with a child to abuse or exploit them.
• Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor.
• Sharing, asking for, selling or linking to child sexual abuse material.
• Trafficking or any content that sexualises children.

3. How to report

• In the app: use Report on any profile, chat, post, reel or listing and choose "Someone under 18" or "Sexual or inappropriate content".
• By email: aasanrabta@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety". Include the username and what you saw. Do not send copies of illegal images.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police (15 in Pakistan) first.

4. What we do

• Reports about child safety are reviewed first, before other reports.
• We remove the content, close the account and keep the information needed for the investigation.
• We report child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the FIA Cyber Crime Wing in Pakistan and, where it applies, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

5. Laws we follow

We comply with the child safety laws that apply to us, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and the Pakistan Penal Code, and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
