Community Guidelines

Aasan Rabta is a place to chat, share and do business with real people. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Use. They apply to everything on Aasan Rabta: profiles, chats, groups, statuses, posts, reels, comments, listings, shops and websites made with Aasan Rabta.

1. Be real

• Use your real identity. Do not pretend to be another person, business, brand or organisation.
• Do not create fake accounts, buy or sell accounts, or use someone else's phone number.
• Business profiles must show true information about what they sell and how they deliver.

2. Respect people

• No harassment, bullying, threats, blackmail or stalking.
• No hate speech or attacks on people because of religion, sect, ethnicity, caste, nationality, gender, disability or any other part of who they are.
• No content that is blasphemous or that insults religions or religious figures.
• Do not share anyone's private pictures, videos, phone number, address or other personal information without their permission.

3. Keep it safe

• No violence, terrorism, or content that praises or supports violent groups.
• No sexual content involving anyone under 18 — ever. See our Child Safety Standards.
• No nudity or sexually explicit content, and no sexual services.
• No content that encourages self-harm or suicide. If someone is in danger, contact local emergency services.
• No sale of drugs, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, prescription medicine, wildlife, stolen goods or anything else that is illegal.

4. Be honest

• No scams, fraud, fake giveaways, pyramid schemes or fake investment offers.
• No fake reviews, fake orders or misleading prices.
• No spam: do not send the same message to many people, add people to groups without reason, or post the same content again and again.
• No false information that can cause real harm, such as fake news about health, emergencies or elections.

5. Respect other people's work

• Only post music, videos, photos, designs and text that you made or have permission to use.
• Do not sell copies or fakes of branded products.
• See our Copyright Policy to report a problem.

6. Follow the law

Do not use Aasan Rabta for anything that is illegal under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, or under the laws of the place where you are.

7. What happens if rules are broken

• Anyone can report a profile, chat, post, reel or listing from inside the app.
• We review reports and may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently close accounts.
• Serious cases, such as child sexual abuse material or threats to life, are reported to the authorities.
• If you think we made a mistake, email us and we will look again.

8. Your tools

• Block and report anyone, at any time.
• Choose who can see your profile, photo, last seen and statuses, and who can call you.
• Use app lock, two-step PIN and the list of logged-in devices to keep your account safe.
