Delete your Aasan Rabta account

Delete it in the app

• Open Aasan Rabta and log in.
• Go to Settings (your profile → settings).
• Scroll down and tap Delete account.
• Confirm, and enter your password (or sign in with Google again).

Can't open the app?

Email aasanrabta@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my Aasan Rabta account". We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, username, photo, business details and website
• Your listings, portfolio, catalog, posts, reels and statuses, with their photos and videos
• Your contacts list, phone number record, private settings, devices list, notification tokens and follows
• Offline mesh keys and messages stored on your phone

What is kept

• Messages you already sent stay in the chats of the people you sent them to.
• Orders stay with the buyer or seller for their records.
• Reports about your account may be kept if needed for a legal request.
• Copies in server logs and backups are removed within 30 days.
