How reporting works

From report to action

1. You report

Tap Report on a profile, chat, post, reel or listing and pick a reason.

2. We review

Our team looks at the report. Child safety reports go first.

3. We act

Content removed, features limited, or the account suspended or closed.

4. Kept safe

Serious cases go to the authorities. You can block at any time.

How we keep Aasan Rabta safe

  • 18+ only. Every user confirms their age before using Aasan Rabta.
  • Clear rules in our Community Guidelines.
  • Every report is reviewed; child safety first.
  • Spam limits on posting and reporting.
  • Server-side protection — privacy and blocking are enforced on our servers, not only in the app.
  • Law enforcement: child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.

Six simple tips

Use a strong password

At least 8 characters. Never share it or a login code with anyone — Aasan Rabta will never ask.

Turn on app lock and two-step PIN

Settings → Security. Takes 30 seconds.

Check your devices

Log out any device you don't recognise.

Pay safely

Check reviews before paying a seller. Be careful with advance payments to strangers.

Think before you share

Don't send private photos or personal details to people you don't know.

Report scams

Fake giveaways, investment offers and "verify your account" messages are scams.
