Aasan RabtaThese terms are an agreement between you and Aasan Rabta ("Aasan Rabta", "we", "us") about using the Aasan Rabta app and website. By creating an account or using Aasan Rabta you agree to these terms, our Community Guidelines, our Child Safety Standards, our Copyright Policy and our Privacy Policy. All of them are at https://aasanrabta.com. If you do not agree, do not use Aasan Rabta.

1. Who can use Aasan Rabta
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must give true information when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person should not pretend to be another person, business or organisation.
2. What you must not do
Our Community Guidelines explain these rules in more detail. You must not use Aasan Rabta to post, send or sell anything that:
- is illegal under the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016;
- harasses, threatens, blackmails or bullies anyone, or shares someone's private pictures or information without permission;
- is sexual content involving anyone under 18 (we report this to the authorities);
- spreads hate or violence against any person or group, or is blasphemous;
- is a scam, fraud, fake product, fake review or misleading offer;
- copies someone else's music, video, pictures, text, brand or other work without permission;
- is spam, or tries to hack, overload or misuse Aasan Rabta or other users.
3. Your content
- You own what you post. You give Aasan Rabta permission to store, show and send it so the app can work (for example, to show your reel to the people you chose).
- You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it, including any music or sound in your reels.
- We may remove content or limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may keep information needed to deal with a complaint or a legal request.
4. Reports and copyright complaints
- Use the Report option in the app, or email aasanrabta@gmail.com.
- For copyright complaints, include: your name and contact, the work you own, a link or description of the content, and a statement that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
- We review reports and remove unlawful content as quickly as we can.
5. Buying and selling
- Aasan Rabta only connects buyers and sellers. We are not the seller, we do not hold payments, and we are not a party to the sale.
- Payment (cash on delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) happens directly between buyer and seller.
- Sellers are responsible for their products and services, prices, delivery, refunds, taxes and following the law. Buyers should check the seller before paying.
- If something goes wrong, report the seller in the app. We may remove sellers who cheat buyers.
6. Calls, offline mesh and features we cannot guarantee
- Calls and messages need a working connection and can fail or be delayed.
- Offline mesh (Android) passes encrypted messages between nearby phones. Delivery is not guaranteed and can take a long time or never happen.
- Aasan Rabta is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it to contact emergency help.
7. Aasan Rabta is provided "as is"
We work to keep Aasan Rabta running and safe, but we provide it "as is" without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or secure. As far as the law allows, Aasan Rabta is not responsible for losses caused by other users, sellers, buyers, lost messages, or service interruptions.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or when required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and show the new terms in the app. If the change is important, we will ask you to accept it again. If you keep using Aasan Rabta after that, you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
